Parting of Ways

We've been together for so many days
But now is the time for the parting of ways

First we were happy thinking there'll be no more plights
Not knowing that now we'll have to face even harder sights

To a whole new world, we will step in
A whole new battle, is what we'll try to win

Once again we will rethink our goal
Now it's time we change our role

All the beautiful memories
In this voyage across the seas

All the happy times and pleasure we had as one
All the amazement and all that fun

These sweet memoirs we'll cherish forever
And yes of course! We'll miss each other

Earlier we thought that now life would be fun
But that is truly false, For life's a tough run

A run in which we go up and down slow and fast
And keep running as long as we last

One day for sure you'll achieve success
And joy and laughter is all you'll possess

For now, it is sad that we must part ways
But all our wonderful times shall never haze

Although we'll be very far away
Our hearts will be one all night and day

We'll stay together through all of life's bends
Cause a lifetime's not too long to live as friends.....
